About us

husband and wife owners

We are a husband and wife team who run our bespoke fitness and pilates studios with a focus on quality instruction and good technique for our members. We developed Body Fit Solutions as a way to fundamentally improve the movement of those embarking on a fitness routine. There are lots of fitness and Pilates products out there but what sets us apart is our dedication to building good foundations in movement first. We are passionate about educating everyone towards better movement for life not just for a moment.

Having been in the industry for 20 years, we have seen first hand that there are no quick fixes. If you get your posture and form correct from the start, you will have a pain free and more active life. Our signature product is our Full Body Mot sessions which establish where an individual may have imbalances or faulty movement and design a solution through stretching and strengthening techniques. This process is unique to the fitness world who primarily run their services on a “come and try” nature with no knowledge of previous injury or illness and delivering exercise that may not be suitable for everyone. We have found over the years that those who understand their body better will move more efficiently long term. 

Our other unique products are our 8 Week Fitness Foundation program and Beginner Pilates Course. The difference between our programs and others is a new person to exercise is educated slowly and correctly on good posture and alignment before they are able to attend our classes. The focus and time we take with our clients is unique in this industry without it being a personal training session.

We have built up a team of professionals who work alongside us all with their own individual skills and strengths so that we provide a well rounded service of functional Fitness classes; Pilates Reformer and Mat classes; Nutrition; Osteopathy; Personal Training; Massage and Coaching for all your needs.

Personal Training

Do you find it hard to motivate yourself, do you find exercise a struggle, do you desire to move better without pain, do you want to feel more fit without killing yourself?

Personal training with us is a journey it is not a moment of desperation to change a dress size or run a marathon tomorrow. You have to be committed to the process of changing from the ground up and then you will experience life long results with personal training.

We aim as a company to rid you of pain during exercises, to build confidence, help you understand your body better, to feel more fit inside and out and get you out of your fitness rut.

Our personal training systems are tough but don’t HURT. The industry has got us believing that in order to get results in fitness we must work hard, cross fit, HIIT and sweat ourselves to death. This is not the reality and there is a way that you can perform fitness that feels good, that gets you stronger and more flexible, improves your cardio fitness and that does not cause injury.

The difference between us and other fitness providers is that in our Personal training packages we take time to assess your posture and function, give you tools to rebalance your body and educate you on how to lead a healthier life.
