husband and wife owners

We are a husband and wife team who have passionately grown Body Fit Solutions over the years so that we can help every individual build quality movement for a pain free active life.

Our focus has always been on delivering quality instruction with long lasting results. No quick fixes.  We want to work with individuals who wish to make lasting change on their body.

You can start your journey with us in the following ways:

1. Specialist 1-1 Training to help you manage injury and pain and rebalance your body for better movement long term.  Or if you need tailored support to reach your health and fitness goals.

2. Our Foundation Courses -Beginner Pilates and Fitness Foundation Courses are perfect for building good techniques in movement while improving  flexibility, core strength and co-ordination. A cost effective way to learn our methods in a group  setting.

And finally our 8 Week Transformations is designed to kick start a routine of nutritious eating and moving to increase energy and feel fitter.

What we are not.....

We are not a bootcamp circuit training facility with 20+ people running around with little direction or support.

We are not a keep fit class with aerobic style movements.

We are not a typical Pilates mat class using old school movements that are only fit for dancers.

We are not a weight lifting or cross fit gym.

We are not show offs and we don't spit out bullshit.

We don't believe in NO PAIN, NO GAIN...in fact our core value is to avoid pain and give long term gains.

We design our programs around each person, modifying for your needs, while striving to get the best out of you.

We are here to educate and empower you to take charge of your own health - and make an impact on your life.

We have small groups of 6-8 so you never feel intimidated and always feel supported.

Personal Training

Do you find it hard to motivate yourself, do you find exercise a struggle, do you desire to move better without pain, do you want to feel more fit without killing yourself?

Personal training with us is a journey it is not a moment of desperation to change a dress size or run a marathon tomorrow. You have to be committed to the process of changing from the ground up and then you will experience life long results with personal training.

We aim as a company to rid you of pain during exercises, to build confidence, help you understand your body better, to feel more fit inside and out and get you out of your fitness rut.

Our personal training systems are tough but don't HURT. The industry has got us believing that in order to get results in fitness we must work hard, cross fit, HIIT and sweat ourselves to death. This is not the reality and there is a way that you can perform fitness that feels good, that gets you stronger and more flexible, improves your cardio fitness and that does not cause injury.

The difference between us and other fitness providers is that in our Personal training packages we take time to assess your posture and function, give you tools to rebalance your body and educate you on how to lead a healthier life.
