Audri Schaay
Polestar Pilates Instructor

Married with two gorgeous children

Dutch made in Brazil, but two left feet on any dance floor

Fascia Release & Structural Balance trainee

Completed 35th Windsor Half Marathon
Audri's fitness journey started with Kelly, who introduced her to Pilates following a back injury at the start of 2013.
Starting with a Pilates beginners routine until she was 'pain-free', Audri soon progressed onto a weekly routine mixing up cardio, body tone and Pilates. One year on, she added PT sessions given by Stuart and put into practice lessons learned from Debbie our nutrition adviser.
Going from barely moving to crawling through mud in a 10km mud race within 2 years was a grand achievement.
This journey spurred Audri to learn more about her body and help others so she completed her Polestar Comprehensive Pilates training and is now one of our newest instructors. She has also trained with Tom Meyers in Anatomy Trains and is becoming qualified as a manual Fascial release therapist.
Her living experience of how someone can progress from pain to inspirational strength is something she wishes to share with others through her love of movement.
