Our Starter Pass is designed as a complete introduction to training with us and acts as a bridge into our classes.

  • 5 x 60-minute specialist 1-1 sessions

  • 2 group classes (to integrate what you’ve learned)

  • Full postural & movement assessment

  • Personalised program & home exercises

What to Expect

Your journey begins with a detailed postural and movement assessment so we can understand how your body moves and where it needs support.

Across the 1-1 sessions, we will:

  • Identify movement patterns and areas of restriction

  • Build strength, control, and confidence

  • Teach you exercises and skills to practice at home

  • Help you feel comfortable and prepared for group classes

Ongoing 1-1 Training & Pilates Tuition  - £60-70/hr

If you love the support of private sessions and want to continue progressing, we offer ongoing 1-1 packages in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions.

These sessions allow us to:

  • Work more deeply on injuries or long-term limitations

  • Progress strength, mobility, and performance

  • Support sport-specific or lifestyle goals

  • Keep your training fully tailored as your body evolves

Private training is ideal if you value individual attention and want to invest in moving better for life.
