New Classes for 2019

Happy New Year to everyone!

We hope you had a brilliant time with family and friends over the holidays and got some much deserved rest. We are looking forward to sharing the new classes we have for 2019 with you.

We fully appreciated the need to slow down, reflect on the year and spend some good quality time with family. I think we can all get a bit stuck in a rut of work, no play and not a lot of sleep and these breaks make us appreciate slowing down, playing and getting more rest.

Both Stu and I feel rejuvenated for this start of the year and look forward to your enthusiasm and energy as we head back.

Just a note on some new classes popping up this quarter:

Monday 9:30amBeg/Intermediate Mat Pilates

Tuesday 5:45pmBeg/Intermediate Mat Pilates

We are wanting to focus a bit more on the classical method of pilates and allow you to attend classes that just focus on you and your body and the use of small props.

Group Personal Training

Tuesday 7:30am

Tuesday 7pm

Thursday 7:30am

Friday 8am

These sessions are for 4 people max to gain a bit more tailor made program and zone in on specific areas for each member of the group. There will be a progression of skill and strength through the weeks.
