This 10 week program is our signature weight loss and fitness program that combines the best nutritional advice with the most current fitness routines. With Be Natural Nutrition you will get 1/2 hour nutritional workshop each week on topics like portion sizes, the myths on calories, a balanced plate, the truth about fat alongside meal plans and recipe ideas. The result – fat loss, inches lost, permanent changes to your eating habits.

You also each week get to participate in 2 effective and level appropriate exercise sessions to promote strength, fat loss and calorie burning. You will have fun with like minded individuals who feel supported by our team of caring professionals.
