Full Body MOT Sessions

These are the stepping stone sessions to all of our programming and are designed to improve posture, flexibility, function and performance.

These three personal training sessions with a functional movement specialist or Pilates Rehabilitation specialist are designed to help you understand your body better and help you progress to a more active life.

We screen your movement patterns and assess your posture.
We give you stretching and strengthening exercise based on your assessment which we require you to do at home as the start of your programming.
This is the preparation for our fitness or pilates classes where we will teach you proper techniques on our equipment.
